Education Law Consortium

The Education Law & Policy Review invites law and policy scholars to submit articles for consideration for publication in the inaugural issue of this new law and policy journal.

The Education Law & Policy Review is a peer-reviewed law and policy journal providing scholarly reviews and commentary on national and international issues in education law and policy in K-12 and Higher Education.

The Education Law & Policy Review publishes leading law and policy research and analysis for use by scholars, policymakers, judges, lawyers, and educators.  This is an open access journal published in both electronic and printed formats to serve the broadest audience of readers.

Authors are invited to submit publication ready manuscripts for scholarly peer review and consideration for publication.  Articles should address current issues in education law and policy of national or international significance.  Manuscripts should conform to the style and academic rigor of articles published in other scholarly law journals.  Citations should be formatted as footnotes and follow The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.

To guarantee full consideration for publication, submit articles for review by October 1, 2013.
