The ELC is a non-partisan, non-profit association providing information and pro bono services to advance knowledge of education law and policy and promote educational improvement. Individual ELC faculty are also available for lectures and academic consultation, but do not provide legal advice which can only be obtained from a qualified attorney licensed to practice in your jurisdiction.
ELC Lectures and Seminars
ELC faculty are nationally and internationally recognized experts in education law and policy, and they are available for public and academic lectures and professional development seminars.

ELC Journal
The ELC publishes the Education Law & Policy Review, a peer-reviewed, online scholarly journal providing current reviews and commentary on significant issues in education law and policy. Please see the ELC Journal page.
ELC Publications
ELC faculty are nationally and internationally recognized experts in education law and policy. Their law review articles are published in leading law journals and their books are available through the publishers.
ELC Law and Policy Briefs
To support education law and policy improvement, ELC faculty are actively engaged in research and writing of policy briefs and model policies.
